Programme Management</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Source, vet, and onboard affiliate and performance partners aligned with Bitcoin.com's brand and compliance standards.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Build and manage the affiliate programme across key products including Bitcoin.com Wallet App, Web Wallet, and OrangeRock.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Negotiate CPA, Revenue Share, and hybrid deal structures with partners tied to LTV-anchored conversion events.</span><br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Monitor partner performance against qualifying events — ensuring payouts are tied to meaningful user engagement, not just installs or sign-ups.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Experience working with affiliate tracking platforms or similar systems, ideally with exposure to crypto-native tooling or performance tracking in web3 environments.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;
