What You’ll Do: Provide rehabilitative support to adults in Group Living Environments (GLE), fostering skills for daily living and community integration. Key responsibilities include: MAP (Medication Administration Program) certification isrequiredfor this position.Candidates without current certification must be willing to complete employer-provided training and successfully obtain certification within 3 months. Teach ADLs (cooking, budgeting, medication management) and socialization skills. Implement Treatment Plans and behavioral interventions under clinician guidance. Administer/supervise medications by MAP guidelines and document care. Transport residents to appointments and community activities. Advocate for residents’ needs and model healthy coping strategies. Maintain a safe, clean home environment and completetimelydocumentation. What You Bring: High school diploma/GED; direct care experience preferred. Valid driver’s license and ability toassistwith mobility (bending, standing, etc.). Strong communicationskills (English) and basic computerproficiency. Compassion, patience, and commitment to trauma-informed care. Bonus : Lived experience or multilingual abilities (e.g., Spanish, Portuguese). Sat 3p-11p, Sun 9a-11p, Wed 3p-11p 30
