Inform the Lead Maintenance and Community Manager of needed services and repairs.</li><li>Make ready units for new move-ins.&nbsp;</li><li>Check all lights and replace them as necessary.&nbsp;</li><li>Replace or repair windows, screens, hinges, sliding glass doors, shelves, baseboards, mirrors, and closets.</li><li>Check applicable appliances and inform Lead maintenance of problems.</li><li>Assist in changing or removing appliances from the apartment.</li><li>Make keys when necessary.</li><li>Check faucet sink plugs and repair/replace them as necessary.&nbsp;</li><li>Install ceramic tile backsplash in the kitchen.&nbsp;</li><li>Replace washers when needed.</li><li>Perform exterior repairs to sinks, bathtubs, etc., when warranted.</li><li>Assist with painting duties when requested.</li><li>Repair or replace curtains, mini-blinds, ceiling fans, etc.</li><li>Repair plaster holes in walls and paint as necessary.&nbsp;</li><li>Inspect bathroom tiles and perform minor repairs/replacements.</li><li>Change A/C filters.</li><li>Operate carpet cleaning equipment to clean carpets.</li><li>Lend assistance during trash-out of the apartment, e.g., moving heavy/bulky items to the dumpster.</li><li>Any other projects as directed.&nbsp;</li></ul>",
