We encourage you to apply and become a valued member of our vibrant campus community today!&nbsp;</p>\n<p>At the <b>University of Wyoming</b>, we are committed to creating a supportive and enriching workplace.&nbsp;</p>\n<p><span><i><b>JFNTMP</b></i></span></p>\n<p><b>JOB TITLE: &nbsp;</b></p>\n<p>Student Financial Services Representative&nbsp;</p>\n<p><b>JOB PURPOSE: </b> &nbsp;</p>\n<p>Provide front counter customer service support for Student Financial Services  &nbsp;</p>\n<p><b>ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:&nbsp;</b></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Staff the front counter and assist visitors in person, by phone, and via email.</li>\n <li>Monitor shared email inboxes and respond promptly or route inquiries to appropriate staff.</li>\n <li>Represent the office at orientations, workshops, resource fairs, and other outreach events.</li>\n <li>Discuss financial topics with students and families in a clear, professional, and supportive manner.</li>\n <li>Serve as a peer counselor to help improve financial literacy across campus.</li>\n <li>Provide general office support as needed.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><b>COMPETENCIES:&nbsp;</b></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Ability to learn</li>\n <li>Attention to detail</li>\n <li>Consistency</li>\n <li>Initiative</li>\n <li>Service orientation</li>\n <li>Teamwork</li>\n <li>Sensitivity&nbsp;</li>\n</ul>\n<p><b>MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:&nbsp;</b></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Be a student on UW’s main campus who can work 15-20 hours per week during the academic year.
