We are looking for responsible, professional individuals who want to provide a superior hospitality and customer service experience to our residents who call us home, rather than doing \"just a job.\"</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>This position would be responsible for performing routine maintenance and repair on the facility and equipment, including plumbing, plastering, electrical, carpentry, mechanical, etc., as directed, in accordance with established procedures. </p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Ability to do plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and drywall.</li>\n <li>Complete work orders and respond to emergency maintenance requests as needed.</li>\n <li>Ability to self-direct work.</li>\n <li>Ability to communicate with and relate well to the elderly. </li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Must be able to read, write, speak and understand the English language.</li>\n <li>Minimum of 1-2 years’ experience in maintenance work.
