What You’ll Actually Be Doing Running commercial service calls —not just installs Diagnosing plumbing system issues (not just swapping parts) Repairing and maintaining piping systems, fixtures, and pumps Working on complex systems in commercial/industrial environments Communicating directly with customers—explaining issues and solutions Handling emergency calls as part of an on-call rotation Keeping your truck organized and your work documented Senior-level plumbers will also:

Ability to lift 75+ lbs, work in confined spaces, and endure physical demands such as climbing, bending, and kneeling. Comfortable working in various environments, including outdoors and at heights.
