Casino & Hotel. Your ability to uphold strict regulatory standards, maintain compliance with internal controls, and supervise daily processes directly supports the integrity of our financial accountability systems. By leading a focused team, safeguarding all count‑related procedures, and fostering a culture of precision and professionalism, you help protect the property’s assets and contribute to smooth, compliant, and reliable gaming operations.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p><strong>Where You'll Make an Impact:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Responsible for efficient overall operation of the count room and staff.</li>\n <li>Assure that gaming devices drop and count room procedures are followed in compliance with gaming regulations.</li>\n <li>Completion of financial reports, paper work, and security of information internally.</li>\n <li>Assure compliance of internal controls for all accounting and cash handling.</li>\n <li>Monitor and adjust staffing levels to maintain budgeted levels of employment.  Delegate authority and assign responsibilities.</li>\n <li>Development of staff, to include training, interviews for hires, and performance management to include disciplinary counseling and conducting performance evaluation. Supervises processes and procedures to reduce loss time injuries.</li>\n <li>Review drop and count room activities with the Director Cage Operations.</li>\n <li>Meet with departmental supervisors and managers as necessary.</li>\n <li>Other duties as assigned.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Skills to Help You Succeed:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Ability to analyze and interpret departmental needs and results.</li>\n <li>Ability to solve complex problems.</li>\n <li>Ability to perform assigned duties under frequent time pressures and in an interruptive environment.</li>\n <li>Knowledge of state and local tax laws, banking codes, gaming regulations, and internal controls.</li>\n <li>Broad variety of tasks and deadlines requires an irregular work schedule.</li>\n <li>Must be able to understand and speak English</li>\n <li>Must be able to work at a fast pace and in stressful situations</li>\n <li>Must be able to work various hours, as needed, including weekends and holidays.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Must Haves:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Three (3) to Five  (5) years’ experience in casino finance or banking with</li>\n <li>A 4-year degree in related field or equivalent work experience.</li>\n <li>Must be able to obtain and maintain the necessary license as mandated by the Maryland Lottery and Gaming Control Agency.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Physical Requirements:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Must present self in a well-groomed, friendly, and professional manner.</li>\n <li>Must be able to stand for prolonged periods of time.</li>\n <li>Must be able to lift, push, or pull up to 50lbs.</li>\n <li>Must be able to stoop, bend, and squat</li>\n <li>Must be able to work in a location with loud noise, visual distractions and temperature changes.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Working Conditions:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>24/7 high energy casino with over 300,000 sq. ft of gaming and entertainment space and approximately 3000 employees</li>\n <li>Exposed to alcohol, cigarette and cigar smoke, bright lights, and loud noises.</li>\n <li>You will work in an environment where smoking is allowed.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>What We Offer</h2>\n<p><strong>Perks We Offer You</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Comprehensive group health benefits for full-time and part-time Team Members and their eligible dependents.
