font-size: 15px\">At least 5 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience to the table, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud and Commerce Cloud.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 15px\">Proficiency in Salesforce APIs and an interest in implementing best practices in connectivity and integration.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 15px\">Experience developing Lightning components and leveraging out-of-the-box solutions to drive innovation.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 15px\">Demonstrated expertise in APEX programming, LWC, Flows and Web Services, with a focus on practical application.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 15px\">Skilled in integrating and maintaining data synchronization agents, ensuring data integrity across platforms.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 15px\">Familiarity with essential concepts like REST, HTTP, platform events and related technologies, enriching your technical toolkit.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;
