    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p>The Pricing Manager leads pricing strategy, execution, and governance for Badger to drive revenue growth, margin expansion, and competitive positioning. This is a hands-on, working manager role responsible for building and scaling pricing models, analytics, and tools, while leading a team and partnering across Sales, Operations, and Finance.
