This role works closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to automate repetitive tasks, streamline workflows, and support digital transformation initiatives.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\"><br>Key Responsibilities</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">Analyze existing business processes and identify automation opportunities.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">Design, develop, test, and deploy automation solutions using appropriate tools and technologies.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">Create and maintain automated workflows, scripts, and integrations.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and translate them into automation solutions.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize automation processes to ensure reliability and performance.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">Develop and maintain technical documentation, process maps, and user guides.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">Support system integrations between business applications and platforms.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">Conduct testing and quality assurance for automation implementations.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">Provide training and support to end users on automated processes.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">Ensure compliance with security, governance, and data privacy standards.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">Experience</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">2–5 years of experience in process automation, system administration, software development, or related roles.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">Experience with automation platforms such as:</span>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">RPA tools (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism)</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">Microsoft Power Automate</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">Zapier</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">Make (Integromat)</span></li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">Experience with scripting languages such as Python, PowerShell, JavaScript, or VBA is an advantage.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><br></span>Work Arrangement: Onsite</span></p>\n<p>Location: BGC<br><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">Work Schedule: Tues - Sat</span><br><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">Rest Day: Sun and Monday</span><br><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">Time: 12midnight - 9:00am</span><br><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">Employment Type: Full Time</span><br><br></p>",
