In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring smooth, efficient, and safe production operations. You will lead and support a team of skilled operators, driving quality, productivity, and continuous improvement across blast paint, assembly and despatch.</p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Responsibilities</span></p>\n<p>The Production Supervisor is responsible for leading and motivating a team of production operatives to deliver safe, efficient, and high-quality output in line with the production schedule. The role involves day-to-day supervision of staff, first-line quality control and coordinating between the shop floor, planning, quality, engineering and other departments.</p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Key responsibilities include:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Deliver daily production targets in line with work orders and plans</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Maintain and enforce high standards of safety, quality, and housekeeping.</li>\n<li>Carry out first-line quality checks, ensuring compliance with drawings and work instructions.</li>\n<li>Manage material flow to enable productivity and good housekeeping.</li>\n<li>Maintain production equipment and ensure daily and weekly checks are completed.</li>\n<li>Conduct daily team briefings and provide progress updates to the Production Manager.</li>\n<li>Promote a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging operator input and problem-solving.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What We Offer</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Competitive salary.</li>\n<li>Company<br>pension &amp; benefits scheme.</li>\n<li>Ongoing training and development in leadership and technical skills.</li>\n</ul>",
