    "description": "<p>Center for Human Development, Inc. is seeking a full-time<span style=\"font-weight: bold\"> Mental Health Therapist</span> to work with individuals <span style=\"color: #222222\">who have a mental health diagnosis</span>. <span style=\"color: #222222\">This position provides diagnostic assessment, treatment planning and </span>works independently and within a self-directed team environment.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"color: #222222; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif\">CHD WILL PAY UP TO $3500 IN RELOCATION ASSISTANCE AND UP TO $2000 TOWARDS FIRST MONTH RENT! </span></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"color: #222222; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif\">Come work and play in one of the most scenic valleys in the United States. CHD values work-life balance and offers flexible schedules and generous time-off. </span></span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">The Requirements: </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><br>Master's degree in a social sciences field required.*</li>\n<li><br>Two years of relevant mental health experience.</li>\n<li><br>State licensure or be willing to pursue licensure.<br></li>\n<li><br><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">All Master level QMHP’s must be credentialed as a mental health investigator or willing to pursue credentialing.</span></li>\n<li><br>Knowledge of practices, principles and philosophy of mental health treatment, including motivational interviewing, assessment, treatment plans and diagnoses, and crisis counseling.</li>\n<li><br>Knowledge of computer basics.</li>\n<li><br>Must possess a valid driver’s license and pass all criminal history check requirements and drug screenings.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">*If masters degree has not been obtained, </span><span style=\"color: windowtext; font-size: 16px\">to be considered for this position you must be attending school and have at least 30 credits based on quarter completed, or 20 credits based on semester completed</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">The Benefits: </span></p>\n<p>Full-time position with attractive benefit package that includes medical, dental, vision, life/AD&amp;D insurance, long-term disability insurance, excellent retirement benefit with generous contribution to 401k after orientation, Professional Development Plan, gym discounts, and more.
