This role is ideal for an experienced tax leader who thrives in a client-facing environment, enjoys mentoring teams, and is passionate about delivering exceptional results to sophisticated individuals and families.</p>\n<h3>What You’ll Do</h3>\n<ul>\n <li>Lead and review complex <strong>HNW tax engagements</strong>, including Individual, Estate, Gift, Trust, S‑Corporation, and Partnership returns</li>\n <li>Oversee multiple engagements simultaneously, ensuring quality, efficiency, and timely delivery</li>\n <li>Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, consulting on tax, investment, and business matters</li>\n <li>Research and resolve complex tax issues; lead responses to tax authority notices and client representation</li>\n <li>Mentor and develop managers, seniors, and staff; provide coaching and performance feedback</li>\n <li>Partner with firm leadership on <strong>business development</strong> and practice growth initiatives</li>\n</ul>\n<h3>Qualifications</h3>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s strongly preferred</li>\n <li>CPA required</li>\n <li>Minimum <strong>7+ years of public accounting experience</strong> with deep HNW tax expertise</li>\n <li>Proven leadership, client relationship, and project management skills</li>\n <li>Strong organizational, analytical, and communication abilities</li>\n <li>Must be located in the Los Angeles area for in‑office and client collaboration</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Compensation:</strong> $150,000 – $230,000</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><em>#LI-Hybrid</em></p>",
