Engineer would be responsible for entire project cycle to include design, development, and project completion. This role will prepare engineering analyses and drawings for review by their leader.&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li id=\"isPasted\">Manage client relationships and lead meetings with architects and contractors to ensure project success</li><li>Secure new work from existing clients and contribute to proposal and RFI development</li><li>Provide technical expertise and oversee the preparation of design calculations, construction documents, and submittals</li><li>Coordinate cross-disciplinary information to ensure deliverables meet client expectations and quality standards</li><li>Serve as Engineer of Record (EOR) for projects designed by others, when required</li></ul><p><strong>What We Are Looking For:</strong></p><p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li id=\"isPasted\">PE or SE License</li><li>BS w/ PE, MS w/ PE and / or SE</li><li>5 to 10 years experience in building design</li><li>Active Professional Engineer license, possibly in multiple states</li><li>Seismic experience required</li><li>Experience in Revit</li><li>Experience with industry standard software, including but not limited to Microsoft products, Bentley (RAM) products, RISA, EnerCalc, Adapt, etc.</li></ul><p><strong>Skills and Competencies:&nbsp;</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li id=\"isPasted\">Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment, manage multiple projects, tasks, and deadlines, and bring each to completion.</li><li>Ability to identify applicable codes in project-specific jurisdictions and apply to the project.</li><li>Strong communication skills, both verbal and written are required</li><li>Be self motivated and able to work within a team structure and independently.</li><li>Be willing to take ownership of all work performed.</li></ul><p><strong>What We Offer:</strong></p><p>At Bennett &amp; Pless, our vision is to be a place where employees thrive.
