This role focuses on strategic supplier selection, contract negotiation, and market analysis to deliver best-value outcomes for the business. The Sourcing Specialist partners cross-functionally with Procurement, R&amp;D, Quality, Finance, and Operations to align sourcing decisions with business objectives.
