The Cooling CE is required to establish, promote and maintain excellent rapport with all customers, co-workers, sales representatives and others as appropriate. The Cooling CE is also required to maintain continuous communication with Area/District Offices, and direct manager.</p>\n          <p>&nbsp;</p>\n          <p><b><u>RESPONSIBILITIES</u></b></p>\n          <p style=\"margin-left:0in\"><b>ROLE</b></p>\n          <ul>\n           <li>Rely on direction to accomplish goals</li>\n           <li>Perform a number of work-related tasks</li>\n           <li>Capable of working under direct supervision or independently based upon training</li>\n           <li>Maintain certifications per Job requirements</li>\n          </ul>\n          <p style=\"margin-left:0in\"><b>TECHNICAL</b></p>\n          <ul>\n           <li>Render on site and phone assistance to customers.</li>\n           <li>Communicate with National Technical Support on equipment issues</li>\n           <li>Perform work related tasks according to company guidelines for scheduled maintenance</li>\n           <li>Implement Field Change Notices according to published guidelines</li>\n           <li>Keep current on Safety Bulletins, Safety Field Change Notices, Field Change Notices, and Service Tips</li>\n          </ul>\n          <p style=\"margin-left:0in\"><b>SAFETY</b></p>\n          <ul>\n           <li>Operate in a safe manner in accordance with published safety guidelines</li>\n           <li>Must wear appropriate PPE as per company guidelines and accordance with job duties</li>\n           <li>Adhere to work hours policy guidelines – “14 hours rule”</li>\n           <li>Report all work related accidents or injuries within 24 hours to the appropriate personnel.</li>\n          </ul>\n          <p style=\"margin-left:0in\"><b>ADMINISTRATION</b></p>\n          <ul>\n           <li>Provide accurate and timely reporting according to company guidelines</li>\n           <li>Timecards, expense reports, mileage reports, ticket closure, forms et al.</li>\n           <li>Maintain individual inventory in accordance with company policy</li>\n           <li>Maintain company property according to company policies</li>\n           <li>Vehicle, credit cards, PPE, test equipment, laptop, pager, et al.</li>\n          </ul>\n          <p style=\"margin-left:0in\"><b>CUSTOMER SATISFACTION</b></p>\n          <ul>\n           <li>Provide proper and adequate communication to internal and external customers</li>\n           <li>Provide estimated time of arrival to the customer for where applicable</li>\n           <li>Complete scheduled maintenance documentation properly and provide to the customer and local office upon completion of each designated assignment</li>\n           <li>Strive to provide all customers a “first time fix” for their equipment</li>\n           <li>Maintain customer satisfaction rates according to company guidelines</li>\n           <li>Attend Customer Meetings as required</li>\n          </ul>\n          <p equivalent</li>\n           <li>HVAC – Certificate Program degree or equivalent experience in the field.</li>\n           <li>Six years military experience in a related field</li>\n           <li>Equivalent industry experience with EPA refrigerant license</li>\n           <li>Basic electrical knowledge&nbsp;</li>\n           <li>Interpersonal Skills</li>\n           <li>Professional</li>\n
