    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p><span>The Senior Accountant<strong>&nbsp;</strong></span><span>reports to the NAIP Assistant Controller and will be a key member of the RECO &amp; LP Accounting team and work in collaboration with accounting and finance teams. Candidate must be a self-starter, adept at communicating with multiple levels of an organization, and have the ability to build trust, influence, and work with teams cross functionally.</span></p>\n<p><span><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></span></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Fixed Asset &amp; CIP Life Cycle Management \n  <ul>\n   <li>Managing CIP accounts, including reviewing site-specific activity</li>\n   <li>Performing CIP reconciliations for the USA and Canada</li>\n  </ul></li>\n <li>Capital Expenditure Reporting - Generating and distributing monthly essential reports</li>\n <li>Reviewing and approving new project submissions on the Capex Management site</li>\n <li>Serving as the subject matter expert for the Capex Management site, troubleshooting user issues</li>\n <li>Monitoring and auditing Capex related tasks with IBM (offshore team)&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Month-End Journal Entries &amp; Accruals</li>\n <li>Prepare balance sheet account reconciliations for US balance sheet accounts</li>\n <li>Support plant controllers including researching and preparing analytics</li>\n <li>FP&amp;A Deliverables - Variances, Forecast, Budget</li>\n <li><span>Ad-hoc analytics and assist on projects as needed</span></li>\n <li><span>Build and develop relationships with key stakeholders across the company</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Accounting degree</li>\n <li>Experience preparing account reconciliations and journal entries</li>\n <li><span>5+ years of accounting experience, including month end close; Big 4 a plus</span></li>\n <li>Comfortable working in a Fast-Paced Environment</li>\n <li>Team player is a must with e<span>xcellent communication and interpersonal skills</span></li>\n <li>Large ERP system (OneStream a plus)</li>\n <li>Strong Excel skills a must</li>\n <li>Strong attention to detail</li>\n</ul>",
