    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p>We are seeking an Engineering Sourcing Specialist to build strong, ready‑now pipelines of engineering talent across the company. In this role, you will partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring needs, proactively engage passive candidates, and deliver qualified engineers who turn into successful hires.</p>\n<p>This role is ideal for someone who enjoys going beyond job postings—researching markets, building relationships, and creating pipelines that drive results.</p>\n<p><strong><u>What You’ll Do</u></strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand engineering roles, required skills, and success profiles</li>\n <li>Partner with Talent Acquisition COEs (Centers of Excellence), i.e. campus and military to create a cross-sector collaboration - engineering sourcing alliance&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Proactively source and engage passive engineering talent through direct outreach and networking</li>\n <li>Research target companies and talent markets to identify where the desired engineering talent works</li>\n <li>Build and maintain curated pipelines of prescreened, qualified candidates</li>\n <li>Leverage internal ATS data to re‑engage silver‑medal and previously screened talent</li>\n <li>Generate referrals through candidate conversations and professional networks</li>\n <li>Present well‑aligned candidates to recruiters and hiring managers</li>\n <li>Maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the process</li>\n <li>Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities</li>\n</ul>\n<div>\n <strong><u>What Success Looks Like</u></strong>\n</div>\n<ul>\n <li>Strong pipelines of qualified, engaged engineering candidates</li>\n <li>Trust and credibility with recruiters and hiring managers</li>\n <li>Reduced time spent screening unqualified candidates</li>\n <li>Pipelines that convert into interviews and hires, including senior and hard‑to‑fill roles</li>\n <li>Positive candidate experiences and long‑term talent relationships</li>\n</ul>\n<div>\n <strong><u>What We’re Looking For</u></strong>\n</div>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor’s degree preferred</li>\n <li>Minimum 2 years’ experience sourcing engineering or technical talent</li>\n <li>Proven success engaging passive candidates through direct outreach</li>\n <li>Strong research skills and understanding of engineering talent markets</li>\n <li>Ability to translate hiring needs into targeted sourcing strategies</li>\n <li>Comfort managing high volume pipelines and priorities</li>\n <li>Strong communication and follow‑up skills</li>\n <li>Experience using ATS platforms and sourcing tools (e.g., Oracle, LinkedIn etc.)</li>\n</ul>\n<div>\n <strong><u>What This Role Is Not</u></strong>\n</div>\n<ul>\n <li>Posting jobs and waiting for applicants</li>\n <li>High‑volume resume pushing</li>\n <li>Relying solely on job boards or social media posts</li>\n</ul>\n<div>\n <strong><u>Why Join Us</u></strong>\n</div>\n<p>You’ll play a critical role in shaping our engineering teams by identifying and engaging talent before they apply.
