    "description": "<p><span>Here at Host and Stay we are always looking for dedicated and friendly people to clean and look after our portfolio of properties across Durham and surrounding areas, helping our owners to maintain their high quality properties, and to ensure our guests receive the very best customer service whilst staying with us.</span><br></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span>Experience is not essential as full training will be provided</span><span>. To work with us we need you to be available on our main changeover days, which are <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Mondays, Fridays and Sundays</span> with weekdays available too. </span><br></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span>We have several contracts on offer - please state on the questions which one you are interested in:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Zero Hour </span>-<em> Offers flexibility</em></span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Part-time </span></li>\n<li><span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Full Time</span> - <em>Available to someone who is happy to be flexible and lend a hand with other tasks when needed, such as some basic admin work or driving the company van.</em></span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">It is essential that you drive</span> and have access to your own vehicle as we travel between properties in our daily cleaning work - travel time is paid for this. This includes but is not exclusive to, hoovering, dusting, polishing, tidying </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span>The changing of linen between guests</span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Ensuring and maintaining the presentation of houses for guests and owners.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Stock control of household basics/essentials.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Reporting any necessary maintenance issues or replacements.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span>As well as the main duties, the role will also include overlooking and managing the finer details unique to each property.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span>Requirements:</span><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Full driving license and access to own vehicle to travel to properties (if you have a disability, we will explore reasonable adjustments with you)</span><br></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Good team spirit</span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span>An ability to work individually and as part of a team</span><br></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Ideally have availability on Mondays, Fridays and Sundays</span><br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span>Who is The Host &amp; Stay Group?</span><br></p>\n<p><span>Host &amp; Stay is a full service holiday home property management company across the UK.
