View the comprehensive information about the competitive benefits package on our careers page then scroll down to <strong>CENTERS Benefits </strong>(click link to view).</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p>The Part-Time Video Production Specialist is a member of the Events Team and provides support for live events in the control room and on the event floor. This position will assist with the video live-production needs across all events (primarily sporting) by directing, operating graphics, replays, live video boards, or cameras and working as an audio specialist.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>This position will work on-site at the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire’s Sonnentag Center, a major athletic, recreation, and event center. The new Sonnentag Center serves as a venue for university and community events, concerts, and home to Eau Claire Men’s and Women’s Athletics.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Essential Functions:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Select camera angles and coordinate shots using full production video switcher</li>\n <li>Create and manage graphics</li>\n <li>Operate a video replay system</li>\n <li>Monitor and run streams for sporting events</li>\n <li>Run production audio for the broadcast</li>\n <li>Operate both manual and PTZ cameras</li>\n <li>Set up, operate, and strike production equipment in a sporting or events environment</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Site-Specific Responsibilities:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Use Daktronics Show Control to run in-house video boards</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Education and Experience:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>A high school diploma or its equivalent</li>\n <li>Experience in live broadcasting</li>\n <li>Experience using cameras and video production equipment</li>\n <li>Experience with Daktronics Show Control and video editing systems are a plus</li>\n <li>Knowledge and understanding of all NCAA and conference rules and regulations regarding compliance issues and film trade</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Skills and Abilities:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Excellent customer service, organization, communication, and problem solving skills</li>\n <li>Willingness to learn new technologies</li>\n <li>Strong people skills</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Work Environment and Physical Demands</h2>\n<p><strong>Work</strong><strong> Environment</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Events environment that may occur on weekends and evenings</li>\n <li>Moderate to loud noise</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Physical Demands</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Must be able to traverse throughout the arena.
