You will be writing code that ships to production. You will work alongside senior engineers to integrate Large Language Models (LLMs) and smart algorithms into our payment systems. This is a chance to learn modern AI engineering (RAG, Agents, Vector DBs) while mastering the fundamentals of scalable software development.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Responsibilities</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Write Code That Matters:</span>Build and maintain backend services (Python/Java) that connect AI models to our payment processing systems.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Build Smart Features:</span>Help develop features like an AI-powered chatbot for bill disputes or a real-time anomaly detector for transactions.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Work with Modern AI Tools:</span>Get hands-on with<br><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">LangChain, Vector Databases (like Pinecone), and LLM APIs (OpenAI, etc.)</span><br>to build \"agentic\" workflows.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Learn the Fintech Ropes:</span>Understand how money actually moves—witness the challenges of real-time data, security, and scale.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Own Small Features End-to-End:</span>Design, code, test, and deploy your own features with the support and mentorship of senior engineers.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Optimize and Debug:</span>Learn how to make AI fast (low latency) and reliable (99.99% uptime) for financial applications.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Qualifications</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Education:</span> Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field is a plus, 8+<span style=\"font-weight: bold\"> years </span>of experience is expected;</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Coding Skills:</span> Proficiency in  backend language like <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Java or Python</span>. You should be comfortable with data structures, algorithms, and writing clean, readable code;</li>\n<li>You have played around with AI tools.
