We work hard together—and with our clients—to deliver high-quality projects that are on time, on budget and beyond expectations.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>National Division</strong></p>\n<p>Shimmick’s National Division operates throughout the central and eastern U.S. Comprised of legacy companies, such as Morrison Knudsen, Washington Group, and others, this division has decades-long history of delivering successful transportation, transit, mining infrastructure, and water resources projects. In addition to state DOTs and transit agencies, the National Division has delivered more than $5 billion in work for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, primarily in the water resources (dams, reservoirs, locks, levees) sector. The National Division is delivering Oklahoma Turnpike Authority’s first build-finance project, the $260 million Gilcrease Expressway project in Tulsa, Oklahoma.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities include but are not limited to:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Assist in managing day-to-day project activities and field operations.</li>\n <li>Review drawings, specifications, and submittals for accuracy and compliance.</li>\n <li>Prepare and track RFIs, change orders, and other project documentation.</li>\n <li>Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and field crews.</li>\n <li>Support cost control, scheduling, and quality assurance efforts.</li>\n <li>Ensure safety and environmental compliance on-site.</li>\n <li>Facilitate effective communication among project stakeholders.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p>Minimum Requirements:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field + 6 years of heavy civil construction experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education.<strong> </strong></li>\n</ul>\n<p>Preferred Qualifications:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Experience in heavy civil construction projects (rail/transit, water/wastewater, bridges, etc.) in Texas.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Additional Information:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Qualified applicants who are offered a position must pass a pre-employment substance abuse test.</li>\n <li>This position does not include sponsorship for United States work authorization. </li>\n</ul>\n<p>The salary range for this position is between<strong> $115,000 - $140,000</strong> per year depending on experience and/or education.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Shimmick offers a comprehensive and competitive benefits package designed to support your health, well-being, and financial future.
