In this cross-functional role, the Senior Solution Strategist will leverage their strong knowledge of quantitative market research, client business and research needs, and aytm’s product and service offerings to propose solutions and win new deals. In a day-to-day capacity, the <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Senior Solution Strategist</span> will focus primarily on research consulting: scoping and bidding full and assisted service research opportunities for new and existing accounts. This role sits within aytm’s Client teams, liaising between Customer Success &amp; account teams (client relationship) and Research Services &amp; Engagement teams (research and service execution). This is an individual contributor role.</span></p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: 300\">This role has 3 primary focus areas: (1) </span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Consulting </span><span style=\"font-weight: 300\">with end clients to understand their research needs and identify how aytm can best meet these needs; (2) </span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Scoping </span><span style=\"font-weight: 300\">full and assisted service projects – developing the research approach, determining and costing out deliverables, proposal writing; (3) </span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Liaising </span><span style=\"font-weight: 300\">among clients, account reps, and executional teams when new projects are won and ready to kick off.</span></span></p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: 300\">The <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Senior Solution Strategist </span>will bring at least 8 years of market research execution experience and at least 2 years of consulting or proposal writing experience. This is a consulting role requiring a strong depth of experience in online survey research, specifically the management of quantitative market research projects of various sizes and complexity (e.g., multi-country studies, studies with advanced analytics, etc.). Scope project costs and timing, collaborating with Account teams and Research services to propose deals that are winnable and profitable to aytm.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; font-weight: 300\">Develop deep understanding of client profile and preferences at the account and user levels. Identify opportunities to improve client outcomes by incorporating aytm products and/or programmatic service solutions to achieve client objectives.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; font-weight: 300\">Collaborate with Sales and Account Management on responses to RFPs and pitches; build sample surveys and coordinate deliverable samples and mockups to bring proposed solutions to life.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; font-weight: 300\">Maintain strong understanding and awareness of aytm’s product, service, and partnership offerings in order to propose comprehensive solutions that win new business and are mutually beneficial to aytm and our clients.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;
