The Groundskeeper will also regularly communicate with all necessary Company employees, outside vendors and other individuals as deemed necessary to fulfill the responsibilities of the position.</p><p><strong>Key Job Duties and Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Polices grounds as first task daily and throughout day, as needed</li><li>Completes grounds work as needed</li><li>Plants, prunes, weeds, seeds or removes foliage, shrubs, trees or grasses or other grounds work&nbsp;</li><li>Assist in the preparation of market ready units, including remove trash from vacant apartments (trash outs) prior to make-ready.</li><li>Assist maintenance team with snow removal (If applicable).</li><li>Operates various mechanical or electrical equipment or garden tools&nbsp;</li><li>Completes other duties as assigned by supervisor</li></ul>",
