At Cinepolis, our bartending cast do more than ask if your drink will be shaken or stirred &ndash; they create moments of sheer enjoyment!&nbsp;</em></span><span style=\"font-family: Georgia;\"><em>&nbsp;</em></span></p><p><br></p><p><strong>ROLE PURPOSE</strong><br>Bartenders create a spirit of excellence and fun and can be key in creating an indulging experience for our guests. They must have a wide breadth of knowledge and ability to recommend items as well as ensure consistent drink quality by preparing orders in a short period of time and in accordance with recipes and guidelines. They also maintain a clean, sanitary, and safe work area in a fast-paced environment, while providing superior guest service.</p><p><strong>RESPONSIBILITIES</strong><br>&bull; Greet guests who approach all bar area immediately with a smile and warm hospitality, embodying Nice and Amazing Service<br>&bull; Demonstrate Passion and Commitment by rapidly and accurately taking food and beverage orders and using selling maximizations for every guest<br>&bull; Create a unique and amazing experience for guests by possessing full knowledge of bar and menu items and being able to make recommendations<br>&bull; Check guest&rsquo;s identification to ensure that they meet minimum age requirements, for consumption of alcoholic beverages<br>&bull; Mix, garnish, and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks for server&rsquo;s orders, guests at the bar, and lobby following standard recipes<br>&bull; Clean as you go including glasses, utensils, bar equipment, and bussing tables<br>&bull; Implement alcohol service and safety training, including but not limited to the following: ensuring that alcohol is consumed in designated areas only, not over serving an intoxicated guest, and do not hesitate to ask for management intervention if necessary<br>&bull; Set up and maintain appropriate stock levels for the bar<br>&bull; Keep Bar Supervisor up to date on inventory levels<br>&bull; Wash and sanitize all stemware<br>&bull; Process all payments correctly and promptly to ensure they have a smooth transition into the theater<br>&bull; Navigate guest complaints and assist with requests or direct them to proper resource if unable to assist<br>&bull; Complete all opening, mid and closing procedures- including but not limited to side work<br>&bull; Other duties as assigned</p><p><strong>QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS</strong><br>&bull; Must be 18 years or older<br>&bull; 1+ years of bartending experience<br>&bull; ServSafe and Alcohol training certifications preferred or must complete training and certification provided by Cin&eacute;polis prior to working on the floor<br>&bull; Ability to work with Vista Point of Sale System and perform basic math<br>&bull; Organized and able to prioritize in a fast paced and constantly changing environment while maintaining a positive attitude<br>&bull; Equally comfortable communicating and working with guests, peers, and supervisors<br>&bull; Standing, walking, lifting, twisting, bending and traversing stairs on a frequent basis<br>&bull; Availability to work during holidays, nights, and weekends</p><p><br></p><p>&nbsp;<span style=\"color: black;background-color: white;font-size: 12pt;\">Please note, this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
