Residential Program at our Portland Metro location
Residential treatment provides 24/7 care and intensive therapy to address mental health needs. It offers three levels of care -- Psychiatric Residential, Subacute, and Secure Adolescent Inpatient. Residential therapists get to work with acute behaviors and diagnoses in a supportive and teaching environment, similar to working at a teaching hospital.
Salary:
unlicensed: no experience required starting at $68,320 (Depending on Experience) Licensed: in State of Oregon starting at $73,120 (Depending on Experience) We provide free In-House Licensure Supervision which on average could cost up to $100.00/hour saving the employee thousands of dollars a year. Flexible 40 hour per week work schedule About You:
Completion of master's degree in counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or another field. Eligible for certification in the State of Oregon as a licensed professional counselor, clinical social worker, psychologist, or marriage & family therapist Previous work experience with children and/or adolescence preferred Experienced at the QMHA or QMHP level (including internship and practicum experience) in an outpatient mental health treatment facility, hospital, residential or day treatment setting providing counseling services to children, adolescents, and families.
