This role is responsible for supporting international logistics operations, customs coordination, import/export documentation, and trade compliance activities for shipments between the U.S., Mexico, China, and global suppliers/customers.</p><p><br></p><p>The ideal candidate will have experience in manufacturing or industrial environments and be comfortable coordinating with customs brokers, freight forwarders, warehouses, suppliers, and internal cross-functional teams to ensure smooth and compliant international transportation operations.</p><p>________________________________________</p><p>Key Responsibilities</p><p>•\tManage international inbound and outbound shipments via ocean, air, truck, and parcel transportation</p><p>•\tCoordinate with customs brokers, freight forwarders, carriers, and warehouses to ensure timely customs clearance and delivery</p><p>•\tPrepare and review shipping and customs documentation including commercial invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, certificates of origin, and related import/export documents</p><p>•\tSupport compliance with U.S. import/export regulations including CBP, EAR, OFAC, and USMCA requirements</p><p>•\tAssist with HTS classification, country of origin verification, and trade documentation accuracy</p><p>•\tTrack shipments and proactively resolve transportation delays, customs holds, freight discrepancies, or delivery issues</p><p>•\tSupport freight cost control, shipment visibility, and logistics process improvements</p><p>•\tCollaborate with procurement, warehouse, production, sales, and finance teams to support material flow and on-time deliveries</p><p>•\tMaintain accurate shipment and customs records in accordance with company and regulatory requirements</p><p>•\tWork with global teams to support logistics coordination, SOP documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives</p><p>•\tMonitor transportation and trade-related updates including tariffs, customs procedures, and logistics impacts affecting business operations</p><p>________________________________________</p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><br></p>",
