Greet members and guests with a smile and positive attitude and answering the phone in the same manner. Answer any questions that members or guests may have, and if you are unaware able find the answer or locate someone that can answer the question for them. Understand the menus and be able to take to-go orders over the phone and input them into the POS system.</p><p style=\"margin-left:22.5pt;\"><br></p><p style=\"margin-left:10.95pt;\"><strong>Job Tasks/Duties:</strong></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;margin-left: 35px;\"><li>To receive the members and guests with confidence and assurance that each visit to the restaurant will be held to The Beach Club standards.</li><li>To monitor reservations and phone calls.</li><li>To keep abreast of all club events, (dining and special events &amp; parties), and disseminate this information to members and guests. Present the information in a positive manner so as to promote the events.</li><li>To keep the kitchen informed about reservations and parties, (increases/decreases in size).
