With more than 60,000 completed projects, we’re known for delivering high-quality, innovative and reliable building envelope solutions to commercial, industrial and institutional clients. </span></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>As we expand our presence in the Lower Mainland, we’re looking for a Cladding Project Manager with a strong background in architectural cladding, building envelope, or glazing. If you're ready to lead with clarity, collaborate across disciplines, and deliver excellence from concept to completion—this role is for you.</p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><br>What You’ll Do</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead end-to-end management of cladding, glazing, and building envelope projects</li>\n<li>Collaborate with internal teams, clients, consultants, and installers to ensure smooth execution</li>\n<li>Interpret and work with blueprints, shop drawings, contracts, and engineered documents</li>\n<li>Develop and maintain accurate project forecasts, budgets, and schedules</li>\n<li>Coordinate procurement, material deliveries, and subcontractor activities</li>\n<li>Oversee project documentation and ensure alignment with construction workflows</li>\n<li>Leverage platforms like Jonas, Excel, Adobe, and CAD/SketchUp to manage project data</li>\n<li>Drive project meetings, resolve site issues, and ensure high-quality workmanship</li>\n<li>Uphold safety, compliance, and company standards across all project phases</li>\n<li>Deliver results in fast-paced environments while maintaining strong communication and leadership</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><br>What You Bring to the Team</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Proven experience in architectural cladding, building envelope, or glazing systems</li>\n<li>PMP Program (preferred)</li>\n<li>RCABC Certification (asset)</li>\n<li>Deep understanding of construction contracts, documentation workflows, and the full project lifecycle</li>\n<li>Demonstrated ability to forecast project costs and manage budgets with accuracy and confidence</li>\n<li>Proficient in Excel, Word, Adobe, and platforms like CAD, SketchUp, and Jonas</li>\n<li>Skilled at reading and interpreting blueprints, shop drawings, and engineered designs</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Strong attention to detail with excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities</li>\n<li>Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><br>Role Snapshot </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Location: BC Office, 3435 194 St, Surrey, BC </li>\n<li>Type: Full-Time, Onsite</li>\n<li>Hours of Work: M-F, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.</li>\n<li>Salary: $85,000- $100,000 (based on experience)</li>\n<li>Reports To: Cladding Department Manager</li>\n<li>Vacancy Reason: Existing Vacancy</li>\n<li>Number of Positions: 1</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><br>Why Join Bothwell-Accurate?</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Supportive team culture with a crew that works hard and looks out for one another</li>\n<li>Paid for Benefits package for long-term employees</li>\n<li>Work on exciting and high-profile commercial projects across the Lower Mainland</li>\n<li>We offer training and career advancement pathways, so you’re not just taking a job - you’re building a career!</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span>Where your work shapes skylines, and your growth shapes your career. </span></p>\n<p><span><br></span></p>\n<p><span>Bothwell-Accurate Co.
