You will also be responsible for assigned projected planning, scheduling and oversight of hardware fabrication efforts, and ensure contractual deliveries are made on time and within budget.</p><p><b>QUALIFICATIONS:</b></p><p><b>EDUCATION: </b>BS/BA/master degree in engineering, business, management or a relevant field. Knowledge in electronic manufacturing and supply chain a plus.</p><p><b>EXPERIENCE: </b>A minimum of 5 years in program management experience. Experience in electronics manufacturing industry is a plus.</p><p><b>LANGUAGE: </b>Proficiency in English required. Bilingual in Mandarin is preferred but not required.</p><p><b>SKILLS:</b></p><ul><li>Has academic functional skills needed to perform assigned tasks</li><li>Computer literate</li><li>Strong communication skills</li><li>Strong leadership skills</li><li>Project scheduling and time management</li><li>Budget management of projects</li><li>Critical thinking</li><li>Task management – creating a task list, delegate work to others and keep progress</li><li>Quality management – deliver a product that is fit for its purpose</li><li>Strong demeanor – this position requires long hours and a determined attitude</li></ul><p><b>RESPONSIBILITIES:</b></p><ul><li>Customer interface during the design, development, manufacture and service of the customer’s NPI product, as well as insuring the terms of the agreement with the customer are maintained.</li><li>Developing and maintaining program schedules.</li><li>Supporting activities including preparing responses to RFQs.</li><li>Estimating and tracking program timing.</li><li>Holding cross-functional project status meetings.</li><li>Formulate, organize, and monitor inter-connected projects</li><li>Decide on suitable strategies and objectives</li><li>Lead and evaluate project managers and other staff</li><li>Develop and control deadlines, budgets, and activities</li><li>Apply change, risk, and resource management</li></ul><p><i>Our company is an Equal Opportunity Employer (EOE).
