    "description": "<h2>Opportunity Details</h2>\n<p><strong>Position Title:</strong> W-2 or Fee for Service options, full-time Psychiatrist </p>\n<p><strong>Location: </strong>Gulfport, MS (Tele-psychiatry or on-site)</p>\n<p><strong>Gulfport Behavioral Health System</strong> is a specialty hospital located on the Mississippi Gulf Coast for more than 33 years. </p>\n<p><strong>Gulfport Behavioral</strong> provides a full range of treatment options, including outpatient therapy, day treatment and inpatient services for children as young as 4 years of age, adolescents, and adults. We are dedicated to helping patients develop the skills necessary to live a life of long-term recovery and health.</p>\n<p> <strong><u>Position Overview:</u></strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>Role:</strong> Full-time Inpatient psychiatrist, Outpatient potential if interested</li>\n <li><strong>Patient Population:</strong> Child/Adolescent primary, adults as needed </li>\n <li><strong>Schedule:</strong> Monday-Friday</li>\n <li><strong>Caseload:</strong> 15-20 daily caseload with NP assist on the unit</li>\n <li><strong>Weekend/weekday Coverage:</strong> Full time W-2, one weekend a month is expected as part of the base salary. If fee for service, weekend call participation is preferred but not required.</li>\n <li><strong>Employment Type:</strong> W-2 with benefits or Fee for Service with no benefits, full-time hours</li>\n <li><strong>Additional earnings potential:</strong> Extra call options and Productivity Bonus Plan.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong><u>Key Responsibilities:</u></strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Conduct admission evaluations, develop treatment plans, and provide ongoing treatment follow-up for child and adolescent patients.</li>\n <li>Participate in daily treatment team meetings.</li>\n <li>Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care.</li>\n <li>Complete required patient documentation and notes in accordance with facility guidelines.</li>\n <li>Supervision of NP on unit</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong><u>Compensation and Benefits:</u></strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>W-2 - Competitive base salary plus benefits, PTO, sign-on bonus, and more</li>\n <li>Competitive fee for service rates for 1099. </li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong><u>Qualifications:</u></strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>Education:</strong> Board Certification in General Psychiatry or BC in Child/Adolescent Psychiatry a plus.</li>\n <li><strong>Training: </strong>Successful completion of an accredited Psychiatry residency and Child/Adolescent fellowship program preferred.</li>\n <li><strong>Licensure:</strong> Mississippi medical license and DEA in good standing or eligibility to obtain it.</li>\n <li><strong>Experience:</strong> Must be comfortable treating child-adult populations. Primary daily caseload will be child and adolescent ages. Will see adults as needed. </li>\n <li><strong>Leadership:</strong> Participation in meetings when requested by CEO.
