    "description": "<p><span style=\"font-family: Lato, sans-serif; font-size: 13px\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">JOB DESCRIPTION: </span>We are looking for a highly qualified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner to provide patient assessment and diagnosis, formulate treatment plans, prescribe medications, order laboratory test, interpret test results, and provide patient education. </span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Lato, sans-serif; font-size: 13px; font-weight: bold\">PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Lato, sans-serif; font-size: 13px\">Responsible for providing care to patients showing a change in mental status, chronic or urgent medical condition.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Lato, sans-serif; font-size: 13px\">Work independently with other member of the medical team, with entitlements to specific clinical privileges approve by the Medical Executive Board.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Lato, sans-serif; font-size: 13px\">Perform patients’ histories and physicals, risk factor assessment, ordering of therapeutic and diagnostic tests; and attend consultations and appointments.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Lato, sans-serif; font-size: 13px\">Prescribe medications following the clinic’s policy, formulary and relevant regulations of the State.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Lato, sans-serif; font-size: 13px\">Consult with physicians on cases that are beyond the scope of qualifications of PsycNP.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Lato, sans-serif; font-size: 13px\">Offering counseling or psychotherapy.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Lato, sans-serif; font-size: 13px\">Put all relevant patient data in medical records and case presentations.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Lato, sans-serif; font-size: 13px\">Formulate, execute and review healthcare education delivered to patients and families for diseases prevention.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Lato, sans-serif; font-size: 13px\">Ensure smooth communication with other health professionals for effective delivering of clinic service to patients.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Lato, sans-serif; font-size: 13px\">Provide consultation to the clinic’s nursing and medical staff for improvement in their work performance, which enhances overall quality service delivery of the clinic.</span><br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Lato, sans-serif; font-size: 13px; font-weight: bold\">QUALIFICATIONS: </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Lato, sans-serif; font-size: 13px\">Must have Master’s in Nursing and Post Master’s program in Advanced Practice Role</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Lato, sans-serif; font-size: 13px\">Must have Psychiatric APN Certification</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Lato, sans-serif; font-size: 13px\">2 years experience as Psychiatric APN</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Lato, sans-serif;
