Overview Sales Operations Manager $110,000 – 130,000 annual Drive Process. Enable Growth. Lead Operational Excellence. Milton CAT is seeking a highly analytical and results-driven Sales Operations Manager to support and optimize our sales and rental operations across the dealership. This role is critical in ensuring accurate invoicing, streamlined workflows, and alignment between Sales, Rental, and Finance teams. The Sales Operations Manager leads continuous improvement initiatives across the quote-to-cash lifecycle, including improving available systems use and automation, leveraging KPIs to track efficiency/accuracy and developing or assisting with implementation of new tools or workflows to support our growing business. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, understands the importance of process discipline, and is passionate about driving efficiency and continuous improvement. Cross-Functional Leadership Act as the liaison between Sales, Rental, Finance, and Operations teams Provide guidance and training on processes and best practices Support change management efforts tied to new processes, policies, or systems Qualifications Bachelor’s degree required 5+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Finance, or Rental Operations 1+ year of previous supervisory or management experience Strong understanding of invoicing, billing cycles, and financial processes Proficiency in ERP/CRM systems (e.g., AX, Texada, or similar platforms) and other digital tools Highly detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and drive process improvements Strong leadership skills Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills Experience in construction equipment, heavy equipment, or dealership environment welcome but not required Commutable to Milford, MA for hybrid or full onsite work schedule
