The Production Supervisor is responsible for meeting production targets, minimizing downtime, and upholding strict quality control standards. Their leadership and problem-solving skills are instrumental in driving productivity, reducing waste, and ensuring a smooth and effective manufacturing operation, ultimately contributing to the company's overall success and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities Ensure team members are aware of and adhere to safety rules and equipment usage. Maintain clean, neat, and orderly work areas within the team. Manage team performance to ensure quality standards are met. Coordinate effective training for team members. Collaborate with other teams to ensure efficient plant operation. Three to Five years of supervisory experience preferred. Exposure to other Material Requirements Planning (MRP) and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems is advantageous. Key Competencies: Ability to read, analyze, and interpret business documents, technical procedures, and regulations. Proficient in writing reports and business correspondence. Effective in presenting information and responding to questions from various stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, peers, and staff Basic math skills.
