In this role, you will inspect critical subassemblies, audit product quality against specified requirements, and ensure compliance with ISO standards. This position plays a key part in supporting manufacturing operations and maintaining product integrity throughout the organization.&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Collaborate with supervisors and shop personnel to ensure product and process integrity.</li><li>Audit all elements of the ISO standard across multiple functions.</li><li>Assess product conformance to engineering drawings, manufacturing procedures (MPs), standard procedures (SPs), and overall quality requirements.</li><li>Identify non‑conforming materials and documents; investigate issues, label, segregate, and facilitate resolutions.</li><li>Audit products to validate the effectiveness of operator inspections and confirm compliance with standards and customer requirements.</li><li>Validate mechanical and electrical transformer components and assemblies, including checks for insulation levels, electrical clearances, weld and paint quality, and overall cleanliness.</li><li>Partner with Purchasing, Engineering, Manufacturing, and suppliers to communicate requirements, verify processes, and identify improvement opportunities. Routine supplier visits are expected.</li><li>Assist with training new employees and retrain individuals as needed based on inspection findings.</li><li>Gather data and perform root‑cause analysis related to non‑conformance tracking, FDRs, audits, and assessments to help eliminate recurring issues.</li><li>Provide ongoing support to the manufacturing process with a strong focus on product quality and continuous improvement.</li></ul><p><strong>Knowledge, Skills &amp; Abilities</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Broad knowledge of product and process quality principles, including problem identification, analysis, and reporting.</li><li>Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office.</li><li>Effective training skills with an ability to influence and lead quality‑focused initiatives.</li><li>Strong communication, documentation, and organizational abilities.</li></ul><p><strong>Education &amp; Experience</strong></p><p><strong>Required:</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Associate degree in an engineering‑related field or equivalent technical experience.</li><li>3&ndash;5 years of experience in transformer technical processes (skilled manufacturing or engineering).</li></ul><p><strong>Preferred:</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>ASQC certification.</li></ul><p><strong>Why Join Us?</strong></p><ul><li><strong><em>Culture:</em></strong><em><br>&nbsp;We take pride in a culture rooted in strong values, meaningful behaviors, and a deep sense of purpose.
