We have an in-house Architectural Finishes &amp; Specialty Fabrication Division that ships/installs nationally.   </p>\n<p>    </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">We are seeking an experienced Safety Coordinator  in our Atlanta office.  </span></p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What you will do:  </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Working hand in hand with office leadership to help further develop the safety culture.  </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Performing safety inspections/audits on project sites.  </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Conducting both in person and virtual safety training and orientation.  </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Safety pre-planning and lookaheads with our Operations/Estimating teams.  </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Participation in project meetings.  </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Ensuring Subcontractors compliance with OSHA regulations and training requirements.  </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Authoring project specific safety plans.  </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Developing and implementing new training programs.  </li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What you will need to be successful:  </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>College degree in a Safety related discipline preferred.</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum of (2) years’ experience in Construction Safety.  </li>\n<li>Ability to travel overnight as needed</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Bilingual is preferred but not required.  </li>\n</ul>\n<p>  </p>\n<p>At Rycon Construction, Inc. we believe outstanding employees build the foundation necessary for excellence in business.
