Job Summary
Snackruptors USA Inc. is seeking a reliable and safety-focused Processing Operator to join our manufacturing team in Mountville, PA.
The Processing Operator is responsible for operating and monitoring production equipment, ensuring products are processed according to company specifications, and maintaining food safety, quality, and production standards in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
This role plays a critical part in supporting production efficiency, minimizing downtime, and ensuring compliance with all safety and food safety procedures.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Operate processing and manufacturing equipment safely and efficiently.
Monitor product quality and production standards throughout the shift.
Perform equipment start-up, shut-down, and changeover activities.
Conduct routine inspections of machinery and production areas.
Maintain accurate production and quality documentation.
Verify product specifications, code dates, and batch information.
Troubleshoot minor mechanical or operational issues and notify supervision of larger concerns.
Follow all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), HACCP, SQF, sanitation, and food safety procedures.
Maintain clean and organized work areas throughout the shift.
Support continuous improvement initiatives and operational goals.
Follow all workplace safety procedures and use required PPE.
Assist other departments and team members as needed.
Report food safety, quality, or safety concerns immediately to supervision.

Required Qualifications
Ability to work safely in a manufacturing environment.
Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and perform repetitive motions for extended periods.

Strong attention to detail and communication skills.
Ability to work overtime and weekends as needed.
Preferred Qualifications
High school diploma or GED preferred.
Previous manufacturing or food production experience preferred.
Experience operating industrial or processing equipment preferred.
Knowledge of GMP and food safety procedures preferred.
Physical Requirements

Standing and walking for extended periods
Frequent bending, stooping, reaching, and lifting
