reliable and safety-focused Processing Operator to join our manufacturing team in Mountville, PA.</p>\n<p>The Processing Operator is responsible for operating and monitoring production equipment, ensuring products are processed according to company specifications, and maintaining food safety, quality, and production standards in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.</p>\n<p>This role plays a critical part in supporting production efficiency, minimizing downtime, and ensuring compliance with all safety and food safety procedures.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<h1>Essential Duties and Responsibilities</h1>\n<ul>\n <li>Operate processing and manufacturing equipment safely and efficiently.</li>\n <li>Monitor product quality and production standards throughout the shift.</li>\n <li>Perform equipment start-up, shut-down, and changeover activities.</li>\n <li>Conduct routine inspections of machinery and production areas.</li>\n <li>Maintain accurate production and quality documentation.</li>\n <li>Verify product specifications, code dates, and batch information.</li>\n <li>Troubleshoot minor mechanical or operational issues and notify supervision of larger concerns.</li>\n <li>Follow all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), HACCP, SQF, sanitation, and food safety procedures.</li>\n <li>Maintain clean and organized work areas throughout the shift.</li>\n <li>Support continuous improvement initiatives and operational goals.</li>\n <li>Follow all workplace safety procedures and use required PPE.</li>\n <li>Assist other departments and team members as needed.</li>\n <li>Report food safety, quality, or safety concerns immediately to supervision.</li>\n</ul>\n<h1>Food Safety & Quality Requirements</h1>\n<p>Employees are required to comply with all food safety and quality programs, including but not limited to:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs)</li>\n <li>HACCP Programs</li>\n <li>SQF Programs</li>\n <li>Allergen Control Programs</li>\n <li>Sanitation Standards</li>\n <li>Workplace Safety Policies</li>\n <li>Quality Assurance Procedures</li>\n</ul>\n<h1>Qualifications</h1>\n<h2>Required Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Ability to work safely in a manufacturing environment.</li>\n <li>Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and perform repetitive motions for extended periods.</li>\n <li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team.</li>\n <li>Basic math and problem-solving skills.</li>\n <li>Strong attention to detail and communication skills.</li>\n <li>Ability to work overtime and weekends as needed.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Preferred Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>High school diploma or GED preferred.</li>\n <li>Previous manufacturing or food production experience preferred.</li>\n <li>Experience operating industrial or processing equipment preferred.</li>\n <li>Knowledge of GMP and food safety procedures preferred.</li>\n</ul>\n<h1>Physical Requirements</h1>\n<p>The physical
