This role combines teaching, coaching, mentoring, and career development to help youth connect learning with real-world career opportunities.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">The ideal candidate enjoys working directly with young adults, facilitating career readiness instruction, and helping individuals identify and pursue meaningful career pathways.
