This may include selecting the correct parts, inspecting them for defects, and organizing them for assembly.</li><li><strong>Assembly Process:&nbsp;</strong>Following detailed instructions, blueprints, or diagrams to property sub-assembly/assembly the components into the designed assembly process. This may include use of various power and hand tools, equipment, and techniques to ensure a quality product.</li><li><strong>Quality Assurance:</strong> Collaborate with quality control teams to address any discrepancies or quality concerns. Communicate findings effectively and assist in root cause analysis and corrective actions.</li><li><strong>Testing:</strong> Conduct functional tests on products to verify that they perform as intended. Utilize testing equipment and follow testing procedures to validate product functionality and adherence to specifications.</li><li><strong>Documentation:</strong> Maintain accurate and detailed records of inspection and testing results. Complete necessary paperwork or digital documentation to record outcomes and maintain traceability.</li><li><strong>Teamwork/Cooperation:</strong> Collaborating with other team members, including managers, supervisors, engineers, quality personnel and peers to troubleshoot problems, suggest improvements and contribute to the overall material process flow. Being able to think critically and find solutions is crucial in maintaining smooth production flow.</li><li>May perform other duties as assigned.<br><br></li></ul><p><strong>Physical Requirements:</strong></p><p>Shop environment may have exposure to oil, fumes, moderate noise levels and metal particles. Safety shoes and safety glasses are required. Face masks, shields and earplugs when required.</p><ul type=\"disc\"><li><strong>Physical Endurance:</strong> Sufficient physical stamina to maintain productivity and focus during fast-paced assembly work, often under time constraints, without compromising accuracy or safety.</li><li><strong>Lifting and Carrying:</strong> The ability to lift and carry objects weighing up to 50 pounds on a regular basis, including components, tools, and finished products. &nbsp;Adherence to proper lifting techniques and safety procedures to avoid risk of injury.</li><li><strong>Standing and Walking:</strong> The capacity to stand and walk for a minimum of eight (8) hours throughout the workday, as assembling tasks often involve moving between workstations or assembly lines.</li><li><strong>Physical Flexibility:</strong> Flexibility to assume various positions, such as bending, kneeling, or crouching, when necessary for accessing and assembling components in tight spaces or awkward angles.</li><li><strong>Dexterity and Hand-eye Coordination:</strong> Good hand-eye coordination and fine motor skills to manipulate small parts, use hand tools, perform intricate assembly tasks, and follow assembly sequences accurately.</li><li><strong>Repetitive Motions:</strong> The capability to perform repetitive motions, such as grasping, twisting, and operating hand tools or machinery, as these actions are integral to the assembly process.</li><li><strong>Vision:</strong> Good vision, including the ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and assembly instructions.
