    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p><span>LOGIS has an opportunity for an M365 Engineer.&nbsp; You will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth implementation, management, support of various Microsoft 365 applications and services in various environments, to enhance productivity, collaboration, and security across our membership organizations.</span></p>\n<p><span><strong>Job Responsibilities:</strong></span></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Act as owner and primary administrator of the M365 application suite.</li>\n <li>Deploy and configure M365 applications and services such as Exchange Online, OneDrive for Business, Teams, SharePoint Online, and others based on organizational requirements.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Design and execute migration strategies from on-premises environments to M365 cloud services.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Administer user accounts, groups, and permissions within the M365 environment.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Monitor and maintain the health, performance, and security of M365 services.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Implement and enforce security policies, compliance requirements, and data governance standards.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance M365-related issues and root cause analysis for escalated issues.</li>\n <li>Stay up to date with the latest Microsoft 365 collaboration tools, features, and industry best practices.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Identify opportunities for process improvement and propose innovative solutions to enhance collaboration capabilities.</li>\n <li>Provides leadership and mentorship to junior staff as needed.</li>\n <li>Provide training and support to customer’s end-users, IT teams, and stakeholders on how to effectively utilize Microsoft 365 applications and features.</li>\n <li>Create documentation, user guides, and knowledge base articles to assist customers in adopting and maximizing the benefits of Microsoft 365.</li>\n <li>Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions leveraging M365 capabilities.</li>\n <li>Participate as a key stakeholder in M365 governance discussions.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span><strong>Qualifications:</strong></span></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or related field</li>\n <li>5+ years proven experience in deploying, configuring, and administering Microsoft 365 applications and services</li>\n <li>In-depth knowledge of M365 components such as Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive for Business, etc.</li>\n <li>In-depth knowledge of information security best practices, data protection, and compliance requirements within the context of M365 services</li>\n <li>Proven ability to manage large-scale technical projects, including organization, planning, implementation, and execution</li>\n <li>Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues</li>\n <li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span><strong>Desired Qualifications:</strong></span></p>\n<ul>\n <li><span>Strong understanding of cloud technologies, particularly Microsoft Azure and Office 365&nbsp;</span></li>\n <li><span>Experience with PowerShell scripting for automation and management of M365 environments</span></li>\n <li><span>Experience leveraging PowerApps to automate business processes and develop applications, forms, and workflows&nbsp;</span></li>\n <li><span>Expert analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to provide root cause analysis and demonstrate results through testing and metrics</span></li>\n <li><span>Experience within client-facing professional services or consulting</span></li>\n <li><span>Experience applying modern project management principles, practices, and tools</span></li>\n <li><span>Understanding of vendor roadmaps and modern workplace principles</span></li>\n <li>Microsoft Certifications: Azure, M365</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span>We strive to be a premiere employer offering a competitive compensation and a generous benefits package, including participation in the PERA pension plan.&nbsp; In addition, we offer a hybrid work schedule.&nbsp; Salary range for this position is $105k-118k annually.&nbsp;Salary will be dependent on qualifications and experience.&nbsp; <strong>Please apply by July 22, 2024, to LOGIS Recruiting.&nbsp;</strong>&nbsp;Interviews will be scheduled beginning July 23, 2024.&nbsp;Position is open until filled.</span></p>\n<p><span>LOGIS is a non-profit, supporting 54 cities and 13 counties in Minnesota directly impacting 2.5 million lives.&nbsp; If you believe in a mission that focuses on supporting the communities in which we live so they can thrive, and if your work purpose is to make a meaningful contribution and to be a part of something special, then you’ll want to join the LOGIS team.</span></p>",
