Join us in making a real difference in the health of our community.</em></p>\n<h2>Job Summary</h2>\n<p><strong>Job Summary:</strong>The Nurse Practitioner (NP) specializing in house calls provides high-quality, patient-centered care to individuals in their homes, particularly focusing on those with chronic illnesses, mobility issues, or limited access to healthcare facilities.
