    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p>Reporting to the C-Store Team Leader, responsibilities for this position include the following:&nbsp;</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Demonstrate the behaviors and actions to support Delta Co-op vision, mission, values, and safety principles to be effective in members lives, with a strong customer focused approach.</li>\n <li>Engage and interact with guests to create a positive experience</li>\n <li>Provide pump service; dispense fuel and propane.</li>\n <li>Maintain standards in marketing and merchandising.</li>\n <li>Administration responsibilities including cash outs, lotteries, till operations.</li>\n <li>Clean, fill and maintain all machines, example: Coffee.</li>\n <li>Perform all necessary daily reconciliations and reports.</li>\n <li>To be familiar with and adhere to all Delta Co-op policies and procedures and be responsible in the areas of loss prevention.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Who are you:</strong></p>\n<p>You are looking for a career in customer service and:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>You’re well organized and possess sound decision-making abilities.</li>\n <li>You have a strong work ethic with a positive and ambitious attitude.</li>\n <li>Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office (excel/word) an asset.</li>\n <li>You have POS experience and can work in a fast paced, guest facing environment.</li>\n <li>You must be able to obtain WHMIS and propane dispensing certification.</li>\n <li>You have a flexible work schedule including weekends, evenings, and holidays.</li>\n <li>Previous leadership experience an asset.</li>\n <li>You’re honest and trustworthy, are results-orientated, and strive to be the best in what you do.</li>\n</ul>",
