Your advanced skills and leadership directly impact equipment uptime, team development, and operational success.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p><strong>Advanced Equipment Support & Maintenance</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Independently repair, service, adjust, and test complex industrial equipment including: \n  <ul>\n   <li>Automated control systems and PLCs.</li>\n   <li>Air systems, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment.</li>\n   <li>Electrical wiring, power distribution, and electrical assemblies.</li>\n   <li>Production and material handling equipment.</li>\n   <li>Hardware and mechanical components.</li>\n  </ul></li>\n <li>Lead equipment assembly and disassembly projects while maintaining high maintenance and safety standards.</li>\n <li>Troubleshoot and resolve complex electrical and mechanical issues.</li>\n <li>Perform preventative and predictive maintenance tasks.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Project Leadership & Implementation</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Lead projects related to installation of new equipment and test systems.</li>\n <li>Implement equipment and instrumentation for assigned projects with minimal supervision.</li>\n <li>Identify issues proactively and communicate recommended improvements or alterations.</li>\n <li>Coordinate activities with other technicians, contractors, and operations staff.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Mentorship & Knowledge Sharing</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Guide and mentor Technician team members.</li>\n <li>Share technical knowledge and best practices to enhance team capabilities.</li>\n <li>Collaborate effectively across departments to improve task execution.</li>\n <li>Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.</li>\n <li>Help develop and refine maintenance procedures.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Technical Problem-Solving</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Perform root cause analysis of equipment, systems and processes.</li>\n <li>Analyze equipment performance and recommend solutions.</li>\n <li>Utilize advanced diagnostic tools and equipment.</li>\n <li>May operate forklifts, hoists, and other heavy equipment.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Additional</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends as needed. Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends as needed. </li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Experience:</strong> 3+ years of electrical and mechanical work experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment. Experience with industrial production equipment and material handling equipment preferred.<strong>Education: </strong>2-year vocational/technical school in electrical or mechanical field (strongly preferred).
