    "description": "<p>We are looking for an <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">AI Solution Engineer </span>to join and lead our <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">AI Solution Delivery Team</span>. In this role, you will design and develop scalable applications, integrate AI models into real-world solutions, and optimize LLMs, vector databases, and AI-powered applications.  </p>\n<p>Our ideal candidate has a strong consultancy mindset, strong software development background, capable of understanding client needs, identifying AI opportunities, and proposing ROI-driven solutions with clear estimations.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"color: rgb(72, 65, 63); font-weight: bold\">What you’ll do:</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Design and build scalable backend applications primarily using Python;</li>\n<li>Develop and optimize AI solutions with a focus on generative AI, large language models (LLMs), embeddings, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), while executing custom ML and NLP pipelines for batch and stream processing, including data ingestion, preprocessing, search and retrieval, and LLM-based model development;</li>\n<li>Work with structured, semi-structured, and unstructured data - designing data pipelines, feature stores, and efficient retrieval systems using ML, NLP, and Gen AI;</li>\n<li>Evaluate model performance using quantitative metrics (e.g., F1, accuracy, latency, token cost, hallucination rate);</li>\n<li>Deliver AI-powered solutions in cloud environments (Azure, AWS, or GCP), leveraging managed AI services for production workloads;</li>\n<li>Lead team of AI engineers, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment to ensure successful delivery of client-focused AI solution;</li>\n<li>Stay updated on advancements in AI research and technology to guide initiatives;</li>\n<li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients to identify AI opportunities, define roadmaps, and integrate AI solutions into real-world business applications;</li>\n<li>Promote understanding of AI capabilities and limitations across the organization.<br></li>\n</ul>\n<p>  </p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(72, 65, 63); font-weight: bold\">What we’re looking for:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>5+ years experience in software development;</li>\n<li>Relevant experience in AI;</li>\n<li>Strong proficiency in Python;</li>\n<li>Hands-on experience building and deploying classical ML and GenAI solutions—fine-tuning LLMs, crafting prompts, building retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines, and designing multi-agent workflows with LangChain/LangGraph, or CrewAI, or Semantic Kernel, or similar frameworks;</li>\n<li>Comfortable orchestrating AI agents that plan, reason, and act (e.g., ReAct, AutoGPT-style, or task-specific agents) and integrating them with business APIs and event streams;</li>\n<li>Proven delivery on at least one major cloud platform (Azure, AWS, or GCP);</li>\n<li>Familiar with Foundational Models and Vector Databases;</li>\n<li>Knowledge of MLOps, CI/CD, Docker, and Kubernetes is a plus.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>  </p>\n<p>If you're an Experienced Software Engineer and you are eager to apply AI in real-world applications, we'd love to hear from you!  </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>We appreciate the interest of all applicants.
