      "value": "<ul><li style=\"text-align:justify;\">Acting as the primary point of contact for all daily and non-routine technical queries, troubleshooting, and discrepancies</li><li style=\"text-align:justify;\">Monitoring aircraft technical status and flight schedule changes, ensuring continuous airworthiness and timely adjustment of maintenance activities</li><li style=\"text-align:justify;\">Coordinating and managing AOG situations, ensuring effective communication and recovery actions</li><li style=\"text-align:justify;\">Monitoring and controlling deferred defects, ensuring proper follow-up until final rectification</li><li style=\"text-align:justify;\">Coordinating maintenance activities with Part-145 organizations and internal teams</li><li style=\"text-align:justify;\">Providing technical support to flight crews and maintenance providers </li><li style=\"text-align:justify;\">Initiating and coordinating troubleshooting activities for repetitive or complex defects</li><li style=\"text-align:justify;\">Reviewing aircraft technical documentation and ensuring accurate and timely data entry into maintenance systems (e.g. OASES, eCentral8)</li><li style=\"text-align:justify;\">Supporting operational decision-making to minimize delays and disruptions</li><li style=\"text-align:justify;\">Preparing and distributing daily aircraft Maintenance Orders.</li></ul>"

      "value": "<ul><li style=\"text-align:justify;\">Experience in MCC, CAMO, or Part-145 environment (minimum 1-2 years preferred)</li><li style=\"text-align:justify;\">Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills</li><li style=\"text-align:justify;\">Ability to work under pressure and make decisions in time-critical situations</li><li style=\"text-align:justify;\">Good understanding of aircraft systems and troubleshooting principles</li><li style=\"text-align:justify;\">Proactive mindset</li><li style=\"text-align:justify;\">Knowledge of EASA Part-M / Part-CAMO / Part-145 regulations</li><li style=\"text-align:justify;\">Fluent written and spoken English</li><li style=\"text-align:justify;\">Good IT skills and experience with maintenance systems.
