Our complementary business segments, Technology, Products and Services (TPS) and Project Delivery, turn innovation into scalable and industrial reality.</p>\n<p>&nbsp;Through collaboration and excellence in execution, our 17,000+ employees across 34 countries are fully committed to bridging prosperity with sustainability for a world designed to last.</p>\n<p>&nbsp;<strong>About the opportunity we offer:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Issues special man-hours registration and / or invoicing procedure</li>\n <li>Provides the Accounting department with necessary information for invoicing and accounting</li>\n <li>Executes activities in compliance with both company and client HSE Management System objectives and procedures, as well as Quality</li>\n <li>standards and policies, and other applicable company procedures ‘</li>\n <li>Assists and supports the cost control engineer on Engineering, Procurement, Construction (EPC) contract</li>\n <li>Follows up the activities on small to medium engineering services, secondment activities, and lumpsum engineering services contracts or reimbursable</li>\n <li>Monitors budget forecast for small projects under the cost engineer supervision</li>\n <li>Setting up cost control Procedures.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Setting up Budgets &amp; implementation of Cost Control Tools.</li>\n <li>Estimation of Total Forecasts and Expected Outcomes.</li>\n <li>Commitment Control: Analysis of differences between budget, forecast and the commitments of each project in terms of cost, while paying particular attention to any drift in the budget. Issuing early warning signals to all Stake holders on budgetary drift.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Assisting Project Managers in Optimizing and improving budgeted projects.</li>\n <li>Generation of monthly internal / external status reports (PMR)</li>\n <li>Development of Cash flows and providing the Accounting department with necessary information for invoicing and accounting.</li>\n <li>Development of statistical and close-out reports, with a view towards improving feedback data and Estimation tools on the future contracts / proposals.</li>\n <li>Act as a project point of contact for internal and external audits of all cost control functions by providing full assistance to the auditors.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Establishes and manages the risk organization for the project.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Defines and manages the preparation and issuance of all required risk procedures and ensures their due application by all parties throughout the duration of the project. This includes coordinating, training the tools and procedures.</li>\n <li>Identifies risk across all areas of the project through organization of regular risk assessment sessions with various areas, functional managers and groups.</li>\n <li>Ensures that appropriate mitigation actions are agreed and are being implemented. This includes ensuring ownership of all significant risks.</li>\n <li>Works with risk owners to put in place documentation for all controls and risk mitigation plans against ‘very high’ risks.</li>\n <li>Implements plans within his / her authority to address project issues and opportunities. When the required action is outside its authority, recommends action to project manager.</li>\n <li>Provides analysis of data related to risks, forecasts and variances to the project plan.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Ensures risk activities (assessments and mitigation actions) are being carried out to project standards.</li>\n <li>Ensures appropriate reporting within the project as well as to the client using the reporting tool. Participates in all project meetings related to project status, progress, scope, cost and schedule.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Prepare and maintain Risk Deliverables such as SRA, QRA, CSA etc.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><i>Starting Date:&nbsp;</i>May 2026</p>\n<p><strong>About you:</strong></p>\n<p>We love to hear from you and how you match with this position.
