font-weight: bold\">To fly in your role, you’ll need</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">A track record of delivering high quality software as part of a team.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Experience in collaborating with application end users based in different geographies</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">A high level of general technology problem solving skills.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Extensive experience and working knowledge of C#/.NET Core</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Experience developing and consuming REST based services.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Significant experience in writing testable code, including unit and integration tests, and working with a dedicated testing team.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Experience with performance optimisation with PostgreSQL</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Extensive relational database design and complex querying experience</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Comprehensive working knowledge of HTML, CSS and JavaScript.  You have worked with NextJs and React.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Familiarity with version control and collaboration tools like GitHub, Bitbucket, and associated workflows</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Demonstrated experience with AI tools, ideally Claude Code</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;
