    "description": "<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">The Opportunity:</span></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Gemini Water is looking for a dynamic Senior Project Manager who will be responsible for coordinating and supporting the successful execution of water and wastewater treatment projects from initiation through completion under the direction of the Director, Systems Integration. This role will responsible for managing project activities related to engineering coordination, systems integration, commissioning support, client communication, budgeting, scheduling, and overall project delivery to ensure projects are completed efficiently, on time, and within budget.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>The Senior Project Manager will collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams, including Engineers, design team, specialists, contractors, and clients, to ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, on schedule, and within budget. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical expertise in water and wastewater infrastructure, , and project execution, combined with exceptional leadership and communication skills.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>This position also plays a critical role in mentoring junior team members, supporting continuous improvement initiatives, and maintaining strong client relationships throughout the project lifecycle.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p> <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Key Job Responsibilities:</span></p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Support the execution of water and wastewater treatment projects from planning through commissioning and final turnover.</li>\n<li>Assist in managing project scope, budgets, schedules, resource allocation, and deliverables to support successful project execution.</li>\n<li>Coordinate with multidisciplinary project teams, including engineers, specialists, contractors, consultants, and vendors, to ensure alignment and progress.</li>\n<li>Monitor project progress and help identify risks, delays, and resource constraints, escalating issues as required.</li>\n<li>Assist in developing and maintaining Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), project schedules, cost estimates, reporting processes, and document control systems.</li>\n<li>Act as a key point of contact for clients, supporting communication on project status, milestones, risks, and deliverables.</li>\n<li>Conduct site visits, inspections, and progress reviews to ensure construction and installation activities align with design intent and quality standards.</li>\n<li>Provide guidance to junior engineers, project coordinators, and technical staff as required.</li>\n<li>Participate in project meetings and technical discussions, contributing to problem-solving and decision-making activities.</li>\n<li>Ensure all work is completed in accordance with company standards, safety protocols, and client expectations.</li>\n<li>Maintain strong working relationships with clients, vendors, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Key Qualifications, Education, and Skills:</span></p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Environmental, Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering discipline from an accredited institution.</li>\n<li>Minimum of seven (7) years of progressive project management experience in water/wastewater treatment, industrial automation, or infrastructure projects.</li>\n<li>Proven experience managing complex engineering and construction projects, including budgeting, scheduling, forecasting, and resource management.</li>\n<li>Demonstrated experience developing Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), project schedules, cost estimating, budget management, reporting, and document control processes.</li>\n<li>Strong understanding of engineering principles, construction methodologies, and regulatory compliance requirements.</li>\n<li>Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, project management software, AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and other relevant engineering tools is considered an asset.</li>\n<li>Exceptional leadership, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.</li>\n<li>Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.</li>\n<li>Experience working directly with clients, contractors, consultants, and regulatory agencies.</li>\n<li>Professional Engineer (PE) designation or ability to obtain licensure is considered an asset.</li>\n<li>Valid driver’s license, valid US passport, and access to reliable transportation.</li>\n<li>Willingness and ability to travel to project sites as required.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p> <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">About Gemini Water LLC:</span></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Gemini Water, a BluMetric Company, founded in 2015, brings over a decade of experience delivering advanced water and wastewater treatment solutions for remote and challenging environments.
