This position is designed to provide hands-on experience in intercollegiate athletics fundraising, donor relations, and event management within a fast-paced Division I athletics environment.</span></p>\n<p><span>The Associate will assist with the oversight and execution of gameday parking operations and hospitality areas. This position will also support engagement initiatives related to the W-Club, the official organization for former University of Wyoming student-athletes, including communication, event coordination, and alumni outreach efforts.</span></p>\n<p><span>Additionally, the Associate&nbsp;&nbsp;will manage an annual fund portfolio, assisting with donor communication, renewals, stewardship, and relationship-building efforts under the guidance of the Cowboy Joe Club staff.</span></p>\n<p><span>This position is intended to provide meaningful professional development and broad exposure to athletics development and external operations, while allowing the selected candidate to make a direct impact on the success of Wyoming Athletics.</span></p>\n<p><b>ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:&nbsp;</b></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Maintain a consistent office hours schedule as coordinated with Cowboy Joe Club staff (approximately 26 hours per week average).</li>\n <li>Assist with daily office operations, including answering phones, organizing materials, and responding to inquiries.</li>\n <li>Compile, organize, and analyze donor data to support fundraising and outreach efforts.</li>\n <li>Assist with event preparation, setup, execution, and teardown, including game-day responsibilities.</li>\n <li>Support communication efforts by helping with mailings, thank-you letters, and promotional materials.</li>\n <li>Represent the Cowboy Joe Club at tailgates and donor events during home football games.</li>\n <li>Contribute to a positive, team-oriented office environment and represent the Cowboy Joe Club professionally at all times.</li>\n <li>Assist with the coordination and execution of Cowboy Joe Club parking operations during home athletic events, and prior to the beginning of the athletics season (in office parking allocations, etc.)</li>\n <li>Support the oversight and engagement efforts of the W-Club, including communication and outreach to former University of Wyoming student-athletes.</li>\n <li>Help manage and steward an assigned annual fund donor portfolio through phone calls, emails, and personalized outreach efforts.</li>\n <li>Assist with Cowboy Joe Club membership renewals, donor stewardship, and benefit fulfillment.</li>\n <li>Support the planning and execution of fundraising events, donor hospitality functions, golf tournaments, and special events throughout the year.</li>\n <li>Maintain accurate donor and event records within departmental database systems.</li>\n <li>Provide exceptional customer service to donors, season ticket holders, alumni, and supporters of Wyoming Athletics.</li>\n <li>Assist with the execution of gameday hospitality areas, including donor check-in, credential distribution, and event logistics.</li>\n <li>Work collaboratively with Athletics Department staff, coaches, student workers, and volunteers to support the mission of Wyoming Athletics and the Cowboy Joe Club.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><b>MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:&nbsp;</b></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution</li>\n <li>Ability to adhere to agreed upon hourly schedule.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><b>DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:  &nbsp;</b></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Social media proficiency and experience.</li>\n <li>Proven track record of building quality relationships.</li>\n <li>Experience with Adobe products (including but not limited to InDesign, Photoshop, Premiere Pro).</li>\n <li>Ability to effectively articulate ideas verbally and in writing.</li>\n <li>High attention to detail and organizational skills.</li>\n <li>Team oriented, self-starter.</li>\n <li>Passion for intercollegiate athletics and relationship building.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><b>COMPENSATION</b></p>\n<ul>\n <li>$20-32 per hour based on experience and qualifications</li>\n</ul>\n<p><b>APPOINTMENT LENGTH</b></p>\n<ul>\n <li>This position will be a six-month appointment</li>\n</ul>\n<p><b>REQUIRED APPLICATION MATERIALS: </b></p>\n<p>Complete the online application.&nbsp;
