Must have proven work record indicating initiative, proficiency, integrity, dependability, and good attendance</span></p>\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\n<p><strong>Essential Duties &amp; Responsibilities</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Assist Warehouse Supervisor with warehouse checks and cycle counts. Reporting any discrepancies immediately.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Operate forklift or other equipment as required in the movement of material within the distribution center. Complete a daily vehicle inspection report prior to operating any equipment. Responsible for the proper charging of the vehicles after use. May perform routine preventative maintenance as required.</li>\n <li>Manage the daily workflow as designated by the supervisor. Ability to recognize issues during sorting and escalating with the proper parties to avoid negative impacts.</li>\n <li>Assist Receiving Clerk with receiving inbounds into Oracle. Also, problem solve receipt issues to find the proper resolution.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Ensure employees complete training as it comes due.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Train all new team members and report progress to the Warehouse Supervisor.</li>\n <li>Maintain professional communications with Customers, Customer Service and Management while processing and reviewing Returns.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Enter in productivity data daily.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Assist with replenishments to maintain picking productivity. &nbsp;</li>\n <li>Accuracy, attention to detail, and neatness is expected.</li>\n <li>Work independently and proactively. Clearly communicate with management and department personnel on key issues.</li>\n <li>Adhere to all good manufacturing practices.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Perform general housekeeping duties.</li>\n <li>Flexibility to travel to other network facilities to assist with day-to-day operations in emergency situations.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Ability to perform basic math calculations</li>\n <li>Must have good verbal and written skills</li>\n <li>Must be able to work with minimal supervision</li>\n <li>Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment</li>\n <li>Current forklift experience is preferred; sit-down and stand-up forklift preferred</li>\n <li>Electric pallet jack experience is preferred&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Must have strong Oracle knowledge</li>\n <li>Proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook</li>\n <li>Ability to safely drive a 26ft box truck</li>\n <li>High School diploma or GED equivalent</li>\n <li>Minimum 3-5 years warehousing experience</li>\n <li>Oracle experience preferred</li>\n</ul>\n<p style=\"margin-left:0.25in\">&nbsp;</p>\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\n<p><strong>Knowledge, Skills &amp; Qualifications</strong></p>\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\n<p><strong>Education and Experience&nbsp;</strong></p>\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\n<p><strong>Minimum Qualifications</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li><span>Must be 18 years of age</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\n<p><strong>Travel Requirements</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li><span>Typically requires travel less than 5% of the time</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\n<p><span><strong>Physical Requirements and Work Environment</strong></span></p>\n<ul>\n <li><span>While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear</span></li>\n <li><span>Must be able to work safely around heavy equipment in a fast-paced environment</span></li>\n <li><span>Must be able to lift 50 lbs.</span></li>\n</ul>",
